Lisa is co-owner and managing broker of Cascade Properties & Investments in Washington, specializing in multifamily investments, property management, business sales and leasing, and residential sales. Alongside a dedicated team of brokers, she helps lead the company’s property management and business, commercial, and residential services.

Her memberships and past accomplishments include the National Association of Realtors, NWMLS, and Washington Association of Realtors; past membership in the Women’s Council of Realtors; and service as vice president of the Christian Business Network.

Her professional credentials include a Washington real estate broker license, Business Broker Specialist certification in Arizona, and national Business Certified Intermediary certification. Her specialties include business sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate, professional multifamily leasing, and residential sales.

As owner and designated broker of Cascade Properties & Investments, Frank oversees the day-to-day operation of a full-service brokerage covering residential and commercial sales and leasing, business sales, and property management.

He specializes in finding and managing multifamily properties for investors and helping business owners plan and prepare for their exit. His services include business valuation, sales and marketing training, exit strategy, and coaching to improve a business’s sale position and support a smooth transition to a new owner.

Before entering real estate, he spent more than twenty years in independent school enrollment leadership, guiding admissions, financial aid, forecasting, and strategy. He is also co-founder of Steinwei Advisory LLC, an education consulting firm serving schools and families.

Across both fields, Steve’s approach is consistent: listen first, analyze carefully, and help people make confident decisions during pivotal moments.

Kathy Doiron

About Kathy

Kathy joined Cascade Properties & Investments in July 2025, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across all price ranges and property types throughout the greater Seattle area. Her experience includes a sale within two weeks of listing, managing two listings, facilitating six leases, and onboarding her first property management client.

Her residential real estate skills span market analysis and property valuation, repair and remodel project management, vendor coordination, market preparation, client communication, negotiations, and transaction monitoring. In property management, she supports owner onboarding, pricing, marketing, tenant screening and leasing, maintenance and repairs, renewals, and tenant relations.

Kathy also partnered to launch Gravity Contracting, LLC, and designed and launched marketing for “Line-of-Sight,” a decision-making workshop for professionals navigating transitions such as moving, downsizing, or building a real estate portfolio.

She attended the AI in Real Estate Annual Summit in November 2025 and the NWMLS Annual Summit in June 2026, and is pursuing a Real Estate AI Specialist certificate through Rockwell Institute.

Real estate has always been a part of Rachel’s life. Growing up in a real estate family, with her mother spending many years in the industry, she developed an early understanding and appreciation for the business.

Her professional journey began as a transaction coordinator, where she built a strong foundation in the details and processes behind successful transactions. She went on to spend several years in commercial property management, gaining experience in property operations and client relationships.

Rachel later joined Cascade Properties & Investments, initially focusing on estate sales before transitioning into her current role overseeing brokerage operations and social media marketing. With a natural eye for design, a creative spirit, and exceptional attention to detail, she combines organization and creativity to streamline daily operations, develop engaging marketing content, and enhance the brokerage’s brand.

About Alexis

Alexis brings a strong background in residential property management and a commitment to exceptional service for property owners and tenants. With Cascade Properties & Investments since 2022, she helps oversee a growing portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties.

Specializing in onboarding new properties, leasing, and day-to-day portfolio management, Alexis works closely with owners to protect their investments and position them for long-term success. She is also a key point of contact for tenants, building positive relationships through responsive communication and attentive service.

Her experience includes managing residential properties for military families in Georgia and working with Windermere in Gig Harbor, Washington. Her hands-on approach and industry experience support a seamless management experience for owners and a positive rental experience for tenants.

Alaina Kloefkorn

About Alaina

Alaina combines financial expertise, leasing experience, and a passion for the outdoors in her work with Cascade Properties & Investments.

As accounting manager, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, supporting accurate financial operations across the property portfolio. She also plays an active role in residential leasing, specializing in the Snoqualmie Pass area.

Her familiarity with the Snoqualmie Pass community and enthusiasm for mountain living help her connect tenants with a mountain retreat or year-round home that fits their needs. Outside work, Alaina enjoys snowboarding, reading, and traveling. Her approachable personality helps make the leasing experience welcoming and seamless.
